How can I contact (technical) support
The only option to contact the ShipSim.com support desk is via the Contact form on the website.
It is not possible to contact the support desk via phone or fax.
How can I request a new license key
If you have lost your license key for a Ship Simulator product you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a digital copy of your original receipt attached to the email.
After we have verified your purchase, we will send you a replacement license key via email.
